Hampton Inn Birmingham-Trussville

The staff were nice. They were helpful when we brought to their attention the AC leak in the room that pooled lots of water on the floor.

Location was everything. Did. It have to travel for the mall and the church we were visiting. The breakfast every morning was delicious. Everything was hot and fresh and I don’t know the employee name, but she was wonderful. Always had a smile on her face.

Staff was very friendly! We had a issue with the room we were first staying in with the sink pipe dripping, however she changed our room immediately and everything was great! Highly recommend from our own experience!

The location, breakfast, customer service and cleanliness of the hotel.

The staff went out of their way to make my stay memorable. They remembered me and my grandchildren. They cared!
